T&V design proposal for a new urban development and 145 000 sqm head offices for the Swedish bank SEB as part of the new Norra Djurgårdsstaden in Stockholm. Through subdivision of each block into building volumes that are optimized for offices, the master plan support the existing urban street structure but also allow for the inside of the blocks to open up to introduce daylight, long sight lines and landscaped public green spaces. This way the Campus SEB can establish a new link from the green structure of the Gärdet area, a complement to existing and planned park spaces with enhanced social values.
